Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an account?

Tap the "Sign In" button in the app and choose to create a new account with your email address, or sign in with your Google account for quick access.

How do I add a new property?

Once signed in, tap the "Add Home" button (+ icon) in the header. Fill in the property details including address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and any notes you'd like to add.

Can I share my list with someone else?

Yes! Tap the share icon in the header to access Sharing Settings. Enter the email address of the person you'd like to share with and choose whether they can view only or also edit your list.

How do I add pros and cons to a property?

Tap on any property in your list to view its details. Scroll down to the Pros and Cons sections where you can add, edit, or delete notes about the property.

What do the different status options mean?

Interested - You're considering this property
Like It - This property has potential
Love It - This is a top choice
Offered - You've made an offer
Rejected - You've decided against this property

Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is stored securely using Google Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest. Only you (and people you explicitly share with) can access your property data.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, go to your Profile in the app and select "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
